The fiber laser cutting machine warranty period is 2 years for whole machine expect the consumable parts(protection mirror&copper nozzle & ceramic ring),will run since bill of lading date,if the accessories appear damaged during the warranty period, except for damage caused by improper human handling, we can replace them for the buyer for free.
For Installation & Commissioning engineer go oversea, the customer needs pay for visa apply charges, a round-trip ticket for plane,100USD per day for the engineer's business travel allowance from he takes the plane until he takes plane back, and cover the local accommodations.
We can also provide the video technical support when you receive the machine for your reference.
