Performance characteristics
High quality steel plate welded body, all subjected to tempering (or vibration aging) shot blasting treatment, with good rigidity and stable accuracy;
The crankshaft is vertically arranged, with a compact structure, and the crankshaft is subjected to rolling treatment, with good smoothness and flexible rotation; Rectangular six sided extended guide rail with high guiding accuracy;
Pneumatic dual balance cylinder, balancing the weight of the slider and upper mold, reducing impact and noise, eliminating the gap between the connecting rod and slider, reducing the impact and wear of the stressed parts, and improving the forming accuracy of the parts;
The overall system adopts imported PLC centralized control, and the gas circuit is controlled by imported safety dual valve, which can achieve inch movement, single and continuous stamping;
Key components such as sliders, guide rails, workbenches, connecting rods, and flywheels are all made of resin sand, which improves surface roughness by 1-2 levels and dimensional accuracy by 2-3 levels compared to general clay sand manufacturing;
JH21-60 and above tonnage products adopt electric adjustment of mold height, high-quality configuration, and key components such as pneumatic components, electrical components, seals, buttons, etc. are all imported.
